| Аннотация: | The paper is devoted to the study of directions of improving competitiveness of a higher educational institution. The authors emphasise the role of business-communities in formation of a new model of higher education on the basis of partnership of higher schools and business communities. A customer-orientation paradigm of the higher school, aimed, first of all, at development of partnership relations between the higher school and the business-community, possibilities of higher school entrance to an international arena of the educational market, and as a consequence, reorientation of the higher educational institution to the demand of the main consumers of higher school services, was considered by the authors as a reference point. The specificity of the customer-oriented approach in the context of the study consists in consideration of the student’s role as a main link of an educational process, one’s professional, organisational and social socialization in the process of study at the higher educational institution. The customer-oriented approach as a management technology of development of the higher school is built on the principles of identification of customers, provision of customers’ adherence to the organisation by means of formation of corresponding models of teaching organisational culture, differentiation of customers and personalization. | Аннотация: | In a modern world, labour migrants come to developed countries with their children, including children of preschool age, in search of better jobs. Today, in fact, there is absence of fundamental developments aimed at solving difficulties of an adaptation process for children of labour migrants who have insufficient experience in constructive socio-psychological interaction and are involved in building image representation systems of significant others and of their own selves. The paper presents results of an empirical study implemented on the basis of preschool educational institutions of the Penza region in which 120 children of labour migrants participated between the ages of 6-7. Authors conclude that children of labour migrants are the most vulnerable social group in need of psychological support. Most pronounced destructive impact on a preschooler’s personality is expressed in a child-parent relationship. As main effects of a maladaptive behaviour of children from migrant families we can highlight: expressed anxiety, decreased self-esteem, neurotic reactions in social interaction, identification inconsistency, reduced social activity, intolerance of otherness and constant stress due to expectations of failure. Most children from migrant families express decreased or low self-esteem. The nature of a parent-child relationship is expressed in a collective image of a parent, in particular the image of the mother, and acts as an indicator of well-being / dysfunction of a child’s personal development, his attitude to the world and his own self. | |

| Аннотация: | The paper presents the results of studying specific features in career choices of cadet class pupils. Career choice is a pivotal decision in individual’s life, as it largely determines their life and professional trajectory, social status, professional as well as life satisfaction. The problem of studying psychological and educational features of cadet training has become a subject of quite a few studies. In the study, a consideration is given to features of education and training in that type of educational institutions. The data obtained attests a higher level of psychological readiness to choosing a profession on behalf of the cadet class pupils in comparison with those of a comprehensive education class. A feature of cadets’ professional choice is its strong connection with the profile of their education According to research data, educational environment in cadet classes is more facilitating to formation of socially mature and career-oriented personality. Undoubtedly, this feature of cadet pupils is reflected in their career choice, as it was revealed in with this research. | |
