| Аннотация: | Based on the analysis of statistical data and office documentation, the processes of mechanical movement of the population of the Penza region in the 1930s-2020s are studied. The subject of the study is to determine the factors, regional specifics and the results of migration activity. The methodological basis of the study is the theory of cyclicality of demographic processes. General scientific methods, methods of descriptive statistics and statistical inference are used. The incentives for migration movement have been identified, among which the key ones are reforms of administrative-territorial division; implementation of programs for mobilization and redistribution of labor resources; coercion as a way to counteract labor absenteeism; processes of urbanization, industrialization, “rejuvenation” of the population (in the context of the agricultural and demographic transitions); evolution of living standards. The regional feature lies in the agrarian nature of the region’s economy and, as a result, in the strengthening of the values of traditional society, which explains the shift in the amplitude of fluctuations and the scale, as well as the change in the directions migration. The chronological and structural limits of interregional and external migration are determined. | |

| Аннотация: | Globalization of economics contributes to advancing innovative activity, developing inter-firm collaboration and network organizational structures, functional integration and cooperation inside firms, as well as with state and private laboratories, universities, to changing business models. In this article the authors research theoretical conceptual basis of regional innovative system under the conditions of the so-called “glocalization” of economics. The article presents evolution of network approach in the works of foreign authors. The subject of the research is the origin and development of regional approach to researching innovative processes. The functions of scientific cognition methods were performed by the methods of analysis, synthesis, comparative research, logical analysis, hypothesis generation, inductive and deductive analysis. The article reveals the causes of transition from the concept of national innovative system, which dominated for years in theory and practice of innovative activity, to the concept of regional innovative systems. It substantiates network approach to building regional innovative systems. The authors view on prerequisites of developing theory of regional innovative systems is formed, as well as advantages of considering and researching innovative processes at the regional level are substantiated. | |

| Аннотация: | Interaction in both institutional and everyday situations involves a range of resources. Apart from verbal means, social behaviour is regulated through various semiotic instruments that contribute to or specify verbally expressed meanings. While there is a vast body of scholarly studies focusing on multimodality in communication, the structure of multimodal texts needs refining. In this chapter, we draw upon public signs and notices to explore how different semiotic resources, such as words, fonts, frames, colours and images cooperate to produce the pragmatic effect of prohibition. We distinguish between the two groups of public signs with respect to the relation they bear to institutional discourse and the semiotic resources employed: public signs that retain the marks of official legal discourse and thus rely predominantly on verbal means; and naïve regulators, which are deprived of legal markers and reiterate legal norms through multimodal resources, offering a ready-made version of a social norm. Our findings imply that multimodal resources allow for a combination of legal and commonsensical meanings in everyday interactions. | |

| Аннотация: | The analysis of works in the field of forecasting the behavior of systems allows us to conclude that, including for forecasting purposes, all systems are divided into several types. Firstly, deterministic systems, the behavior of which can be absolutely accurately predicted. Secondly, stochastic systems, whose states depend not only on controlled, but also on uncontrolled influences, or if they themselves contain sources of randomness. In this case, a probabilistic approach is used in forecasting, estimating the probability of achieving a future state. Some authors identify a third type of systems, which are characterized by maximum uncertainty of dynamics. The aim of the work is to develop a formal logical model of a cyberphysical system as a system of the third type. The formal logical model and structure of the cyberphysical system proposed by the authors make it possible to evaluate the physical and information processes occurring in the subsystems of the cyberphysical system in a new paradigm. Based on the conducted research, the correspondence of such elements of the cyberphysical system as man and the environment to systems of the third type has been established. These examples show the possibility of obtaining new knowledge in the analysis of a cyberphysical system in the paradigm of systems of the third type. The conducted research shows the possibility of applying algorithms for analyzing systems of the third type developed for biological systems to cyberphysical systems consisting of humans and the environment. The prospects for use lie in the development of algorithms for predicting the behavior of such systems. | |
