| Аннотация: | The article deals with issues related to information security when exchanging data and managing a virtualized environment of remote data processing centers. As of today, it has become clear, that many enterprises have switched to the use of virtualization and cloud computing systems. Therefore, there appears an important task to design and implement a reliable and efficient information security system. The article contains an analysis of the mechanisms for building a data center, and models for providing services. It also contains consideration of the existing attacks on VI (virtual infrastructure) and measures proposed to ensure a high level of system security. The purpose of the article is to study and analyze security issues in information exchange and management of a virtualized environment of remote data centers. According to the goal set in the article, there was conducted a study of the problems of information security in the exchange of data and management of the virtualization environment of remote data centers. This study has resulted in a given list of measures and recommendations aimed at the increase of the security level of information protection systems in the data center. The practical significance of the results obtained in the article lies in the formation of recommendations for setting up the data center information security system. The conclusion of the article contains inferences drawn on the results of the study. © 2022 IEEE. | |

| Аннотация: | This article is devoted to the study of such complex phenomena as civil society and the secular state and their subsequent influence on each other. The study takes a close look at religious associations, which constitute a structural element of civil society. Freedom of action granted by the state within the framework of secularity allows them to play the role of a link between the individual, the state, and society and coordinates common and private interests, and thus contributes to strengthening relations between these entities. Thus, secularity acts as a fundamental legal value. Taking into consideration the essential features of the secular state, we trace peculiarities of the relationship of religious associations to authorities at the present stage. It is proved that their active citizenship helps the state solve many issues related to meeting diverse needs of the individual. At the same time, the study focuses on the imperfection of Russian legislation governing various aspects of secularity, specifically on the vagueness and inaccuracy of some formulations which lead to a clash of opinions and interests of people with different worldviews and groundless accusations of authorities of clerical tendencies. At the same time, clericalization is a negative factor destabilizing civil society, hindering its normal development. We express an opinion on the admissibility and even expediency of statechurch interaction, which, with strict legislative regulation, cannot be identified with the attempts to clericalize power and society. The study also defines the freedom of religion limits (freedom of conscience) in the formation of a secular state and civil society. | |

This paper contains parametric and informational shape measures for various families of the generalized beta exponential distribution since it is important to determination of the distribution shape for analysing an experimental data set. A logistic parameter is used to select independent types of beta exponential distributions, that it allows to combine the distributions of different subfamilies. In this paper the use of parametric shape measures to pre-define distribution shape is discusses. In particular, the initial and standard central moments for the main types of generalized beta exponential distribution are given. In the paper it is proposes to use the entropy coefficient of unshifted distribution as an independent information measure of the shape of unshifted generalized beta exponential distributions. In order to increase the reliability of the preliminary determination of the shape of the model, expressions for the entropy coefficient of shifted families both the generalized beta exponential distributions of the first and second types, and the generalized gamma exponential distribution were obtained. For practical applied the entropy coefficients of unshifted distributions for various subfamilies of generalized beta exponential distributions can be useful. | |

| Аннотация: | Abstract. This paper presents shape measures for generalized beta distributions that unit many subfamilies of distributions. For the study of complex systems, the information entropy of the whole family of the generalized beta distribution is obtained. The paper uses the interval of entropy uncertainty as an estimate of the entropy uncertainty for probable models, which are given in units of an observable random variable. The entropy uncertainty interval was used to construct the entropy coefficient of unbiased subfamilies of the generalized beta distribution. Particular entropy coefficients are given for frequently used subfamilies of beta distribution, that greatly facilitates the use of coefficients as independent information measures in determining the shape of models. The paper contains the most general formulas for probabilistic measures of the distributions shape also. | |
