| Аннотация: | The authors in this chapter show the essence, dignity, current state, and development prospects of avatar-based management using blockchain technology for improving implementation of economic solutions in the digital economy of Russia. The purpose of this chapter is not to review the existing published work on avatar-based models for policy advice, but to try an assessment of the merits and problems of avatar-based models as a solid basis for economic policy advice that is mainly based on the work and experience within the recently finished projects Triple H Avatar, an avatar-based software platform for HHH University, Sydney, Australia. The agenda of this project was to develop an avatar-based closed model with strong empirical grounding and micro-foundations that provides a uniform platform to address issues in different areas of digital economic and creating new tools to improve blockchain technology using the intelligent visualization techniques for big data analytic. | |

| Аннотация: | Digital models are needed in medicine for diagnosis and prediction. Such models are especially needed in personalized medicine. In this area, it is necessary to evaluate and predict the patient's condition from a priori knowledge obtained from other patients. Therefore, a new direction of predictive medicine appeared. Predictive medicine, or “in silicon medicine” is the use of computer modeling and intelligent technologies in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. Using predictive medicine, the doctor can determine the likelihood of the development of certain diseases and choose the optimal treatment. Predictive medicine begins to be applied in surgery. The prognosis in surgery consists in the preoperative evaluation of various surgical interventions and in the evaluation of possible outcomes of surgical interventions. | |

| Аннотация: | The problem of automated development of learning applications based on the three-dimensional graphics and having the property of adaptability is important when addressing a number of issues related to e-learning. Effective solution of this problem will provide some benefits to organizations that use in their work or provide e-learning technologies. This article describes the main benefits of using a common approach and tools to design learning applications for use in e-learning and based on the three-dimensional graphics and properties of adaptability. The existing software systems and technologies, which can be used for these purposes, are considered; their shortcomings are revealed. Methods for authoring three-dimensional adaptive applications that do not have the disadvantages of existing systems are suggested. The technology of modeling variability underlying the most important component functionality is proposed. The structure of the proposed system is considered. | |

| Аннотация: | Digital twins are widely used in modern industry. A digital twin is a computer model that copies the behavior of a physical object. Digital twins of objects with distributed parameters are mathematically boundary value problems for partial differential equation. Traditionally, such problems are solved by finite difference and finite element methods, which require a complex grid construction procedure. The numerical solution of boundary value problems employs mesh less methods that do not require grid construction. Among mesh fewer methods, projection methods that use radial basis functions (RBFs) as basic functions are popular. Methods using RBF allow us to obtain a differentiable solution at any point in the solution domain, applicable to problems of arbitrary dimension with complex computational domains. When solving the problem, the parameters of the basic functions are selected, and the weights are calculated so that the residuals obtained after the substitution of the approximate solution at the test points in the equation are zero. | |

| Аннотация: | Currently, rapid urbanization is taking place in Russia under the influence of globalization processes. Russian economic growth is mostly based on the natural resources and the need to speed up its industrialization process. Today there is a change of economic model associated with the transition from the stage of industrialization to the post-industrial economy. Emphasis shifts from production to the provision of services. In the digital economy, where the major resources required for the production of quality products are time and information, the concept of cost management should be reconsidered. The new paradigm of cost management should take into account the changes in approaches to the management of material, labor, and financial costs, and include approaches, tools, and methods of cost control of resources, updated by digital post-industrial economy. A sectorial and territorial specific of the process of change of economic model requires strategic approach to cost management. | |
