| Аннотация: | Modern health care has a set of problems. Our native medicine is in great need in the socially oriented help to different groups of the population of the country. One of socially unprotected groups is hard of hearing persons. The special social status does this contingent of the population especially vulnerable in the questions of stomatologic education. It involves the low level of hygienic stomatologic knowledge, and also insufficient motivation to preservation and promotion of an oral cavity health. In Russia there aren't enough researches devoted to the appreciation of the preventive stomatologic help level and to the specified contingent’s needs in it. Creation of the program of prevention of stomatologic diseases of hard of hearing persons is one of the important problems of stomatology. It is available for their specific world’s perception. Relevance is caused by the high level of distribution of stomatologic pathologies among hard of hearing persons of Penza region. | |

| Аннотация: | Due to the large territorial extent of our country the task of compression and transmission of medical information of different nature occupies one of the key places in providing the population with quality medical care. It should be noted that the algorithms of data compression without quality loss should be executed not only on common desktop computer architectures, but also on various specialized platforms used, for example, in portable medical biopotential recorders. Therefore, the task of developing and researching methods of non-distorting compression of medical data is an urgent scientific and applied task due to the development and improvement of computing technology. To achieve this purpose, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: analysis of existing methods of compression of transmitted data in biotelemetric systems on the example of electrocardio-signal compression; selection of a method of compression of transmitted data in biotelemetric systems on the example of electrocardio-signal compression. For biotelemetric system as a radio-technical and information-measuring system the main indicators are measurement error and reliability of data transmission. The paper presents the structural scheme of the biotelemetric system, it is based on the structure of the developed distributed cardiodiagnostic system and its communication channel, the methods of data compression based on redundancy reduction and wavelet transformation are considered. The capabilities of compression methods were analyzed and the compression ratio was calculated. As a result of this study, it is found that wavelet transform of data is more preferable to standard communication protocol for computer assisted electrocardiography for transmission examination data in biotelemetric systems. | |

| Аннотация: | This article is devoted to the consideration of how information technologies are used in practice in the agro-industrial complex at the present time. The main purpose of the study is to substantiate the effectiveness of these methods and to identify the main areas of use. The paper discusses the use of machine learning models to work with data in agriculture. The relevance of the study is justified by the fact that industry, as well as agriculture, are one of the most priority areas in our country. There is a need for the use of adaptive devices and new methods that will make it possible to achieve significant success in this area. The article is devoted to the consideration of the code implemented in Python, which can predict crop yields with high accuracy. By applying adaptive learning models and comparing different statistical models with each other, it is possible to identify the most accurate predictive indicators. | |
