| Аннотация: | One of the most popular methods of local anesthesia in dentistry, inferior alveolar nerve block (IANB) involves the blockade of the inferior alveolar nerve (IAN) and lingual nerve (LN) in the pterygomandibular space. Despite the large number of works describing the contents of this space, the spatial displacements of the anatomical structures of this area at different positions of the mandible have not been sufficiently studied. The aim of our study was to study the spatial movements of the IAN and inferior alveolar artery (IAA) at various positions of the mandible using computer simulation and finite element analysis to find the safest way to conduct IANB. Materials and methods: Reverse engineering was used to create a model of the cranial base and the mandible based on computed tomography (CT) data obtained from patient N (male, 24 years old), the arteries of the head and neck were designed from the data of multiphase angiography of patient M (female, 61 years old). Masticatory muscles, sphenomandibular ligament, temporomandibular joint and mandibular nerve were modeled in the SolidWorks software package based on an open database of anatomical structures. The finite element grid was generated in the Solidworks software. In the first series of experiments, the displacement of the mandible was modeled along the vertical axis down by 48 mm (maximum opening of the mouth), in the second series, the jaw was displaced vertically by 48 mm with a simultaneous transversal movement of 10 mm, in the third series, the jaw was displaced along the vertical axis down by 34 mm and transversally by 22 mm. Results: The largest distance between IAN and IAA was noted in the third series of experiments. The distance between the nerve and the vessel was minimal in the first series, with an open mouth without lateral displacements. Conclusion: The generated computer model opens new possibilities for studying the dynamic anatomy of the pterygomandibular space. The results of this study can be used for further experimental and clinical trials to find the safest approach to the implementation of IANB, as well as applied in the practice of the educational process. | |

| Аннотация: | This article explores classical eurasianism as a specific branch of russian philosophy abroad in the early twentieth century, the ideas of which remain relevant and are currently revived by its followers. The author highlighted the main features and ideas of classical eurasianism (the idea of Russia-eurasia as a unique developmental space, the doctrine of sobornost, and the philosophy of an organizational idea) and compared them with the theories of L. N. Gumilyov and A. G. Dugin. However, the teaching of L. N. Gumilyov and the Neo-eurasianism of A. G. Dugin do not possess the original philosophical component of classical eurasianism. | |

| Аннотация: | The authors examine the discourse of commencement speech, analyze its structural and compositional features as well as its pragmatic characteristics. A commencement address may be considered to be a combination of three types of discourse: political, didactic and congratulatory. It is noted that commencement address can be regarded as means of affecting collective consciousness of the addressee. Discourse analysis supposes considering the addresser and the addressee of the speech, the communicative situation, the social context and the contents of the speech. The authors believe that the use of pragmatic means of manipulating collective consciousness plays an important role in the formation of the moral values of a nation. The individuals whose speeches have been analyzed can be referred to the following types determined by their psychological characteristics: rational, emotional, philosophical and artistic. Rational types of speakers use arguments to make the meaning clear. People belonging to emotional types make their speech more expressive, they mostly rely on their feelings. The discourse of a commencement address features not only individual characteristics of the speaker and the speaker's charisma, but also the speaker's belonging to a particular linguistic culture. The speech impact exerted on the listeners in the process of public speaking is associated with a certain transformation of the addressee's individual and collective consciousness. The peculiarities of speech influence are in the fact that certain information is encoded in the speaker's discourse which is decoded by the listener. This information affects a possible or an actual change of listener's activity. The authors conclude that pragmatic means play a primary role in the manipulation of collective consciousness and the promotion of moral values. | |

| Аннотация: | Axiological challenges to the 21st century humankind are as serious as materialistic ones. Search for meaning, the ever-present focus of human praxis, has gained new urgency in the current age of diversity and rapid transformations in all social spheres. This chapter is an overview of research on meaning-loaded forms in social interaction and pedagogy presented in the current volume. In their contributions, authors explore the impact of the major features of post-modernity: intense interaction of semiotic systems, rapid emergence of new technologies and high diversification of cultural patterns, both in communication and education. Recent decades have seen a singularly close integration of verbal and visual semiotic systems, which has become essential for social meaning construction.
