| Аннотация: | Исследуются репрезентации общины и общинности в сознании и поведении российского крестьянства. Автор анализирует изменение функционала и особенностей эволюции моделей солидаризированного поведения в условиях реформ и революций в России / СССР в конце XIX – первой трети ХХ века. Социально-политическое взаимодействие в оппозиции община – государство рассматривается как проявление реакций открытых систем на внешние вызовы, стремление к сохранению состояния равновесия, к адаптации и/или к сопротивлению. Обоснован тезис об обусловленности повторения циклов «возрождения» общины институциональным оформлением самоорганизации локального сообщества для достижения и защиты жизненных интересов. Раскрывается ключевой фактор гибели общины в начале 1930-х гг. – формирование особой системы административного управления, исключающей любые возможности для самоорганизации крестьянства. Значительный интерес представляет анализ эволюции регламентированных законом и традицией практик саморегуляции: институтов сельского схода и земельных переделов. Одним из значимых аспектов проблемы выступает рассмотрение всего арсенала средств социального сопротивления общины, в том числе, и наиболее радикальных форм, связанных с проявлениями социальной агрессии. | |

| Аннотация: | To achieve sustainability, industrial systems need to be modernized to improve resource efficiency while optimizing environmental and social performance. The implementation of environmental and technological projects is a complex management process and requires sufficient innovative potential and serious investments, which not every company can provide. Network integration of companies, providing synergy of resources and potentials, is an effective tool for the development and implementation of innovative technologies that allow achieving optimal resource efficiency indicators. An integrated complex approach to the formation of a cross- industrial system on the principles of network integration and partnerships ensures technological interaction between companies, optimizes the methods and forms of their economic activities, allows integration participants to achieve strategic goals and ensure environmental and social effects for the territory of presence. The sustainability of such a system is expressed in its ability to withstand internal threats and external challenges. Approaches to balancing environmental and technological effects while simultaneously analysing social efficiency have not received sufficient development in scientific research. This article discusses an approach to the selection of environmental-technological projects based on criteria for assessing the sustainability and resilience of industrial systems. The authors' approach has been tested using two industrial symbioses of advanced socio-economic development territories in the city of Novotroitsk (Orenburg region, Russian Federation). The authors presented calculated indicators of resource efficiency before and after the formation of a cross-sectoral industrial system in order to identify social and environmental effects in Novotroitsk. This approach to the assessment of environmental and technological projects allows to concentrate government support measures on the general priorities of the implementation of regional economic and industrial policies. | |

It is shown that the torsion tensor and the curvature tensor are covariantly constant, and the sectional curvature varies between -1 and 0. | Аннотация: | The paper studies the problem of updating educational programs and content, taking into account changing requirements of standards and employers for qualifications and competencies of specialists. First, we show that the updating process in transition to digital economy is associated with the transition to the convergence model of education providing its sustainability perspective. Furthermore, we propose the technique and develop basic models and methods for updating based on the convergence approach, for assessing the degree of convergence of competency models and educational content. The problems of collecting, consolidating, and extracting information on the required competencies from vacancy advertisements in open sources on the Internet are also considered. The convergence approach to updating educational programs is being introduced and tested in the information and learning environment of Penza State University (Penza, Russia). | |
