| Аннотация: | Sexual reproduction is a hallmark of most eukaryotes, yet hybridization can lead to alternative reproductive strategies, such as hybridogenesis. During hybridogenesis, found in the European water frog (Pelophylax esculentus) complex, one of the parental genomes is eliminated during gametogenesis, and the other one propagates clonally to gametes. We analyzed diploid hybrid males from populations common for hybrids and Pelophylax lessonae (L-E systems) from the eastern part of their distribution range. All but one hybrid produced spermatocytes and spermatids with Pelophylax ridibundus chromosomes, suggesting premeiotic elimination of P. lessonae genome and endoreplication of the P. ridibundus genome. We also observed spermatocytes with 13 or 26 univalents, indicating alterations in genome elimination and endoreplication. By comparing spermatocytes with germ cell genome composition, we suggest that genome elimination and endoreplication do not occur in adult males. Further, we examined introgressions using mitochondrial and nuclear genetic markers and comparative genomic hybridization. Most hybrids carried P. ridibundus and P. lessonae haplogroups, but five had Pelophylax cf. bedriagae mitochondrial DNA. In one hybrid, we revealed introgression of P. ridibundus chromosomal segments on P. lessonae chromosome. Although L-E systems are generally considered as stable, our results indicate variability in hybrid male gametogenesis, which may be related to introgressive hybridization. | |

| Аннотация: | We consider the solution of boundary value problems of mathematical physics with neural networks of a special form, namely radial basis function networks. This approach does not require one to construct a difference grid and allows to obtain an approximate analytic solution at an arbitrary point of the solution domain. We analyze learning algorithms for such networks. We propose an algorithm for learning neural networks based on the method of trust region. The algorithm allows to significantly reduce the learning time of the network. | |

| Аннотация: | The authors considered the solution of boundary problems, arising from objects modeling with distributed parameters, of radial basis functions networks. The gradient algorithms analysis for learning radial basis functions networks when solving boundary value problems is carried out. The widely used the first order method-the gradient method descent does not provide high learning rate and the solution accuracy. The fastest of the second order method - the method of trust regions is very complicated. Developed implementations of the first order method-the accelerated Nesterov gradient and the second order method Levenberg-Marquardt for learning radial basic functions networks in solving boundary value problems. A comparison is made of the Levenberg- Marquardt methods and trust regions for learning radial basis functions networks. The results are presented of solving model problem using the developed methods. The Levenberg-Marquardt method, with a simpler implementation, showed the results compared with the fastest method of the second order - the method of trust regions. | |

| Аннотация: | The article describes the use of the classic Lee algorithm (finding the shortest path) in the development of a gaming application in the Tower Defense game. Finding the shortest path is a task that arises in various spheres of human activity, and is very important. The shortest path will save time or other valuable resources, so algorithms are needed to find it. One of the algorithms designed to find the shortest path is the wave algorithm. The waveform algorithm gives a global solution, which means that this solution will be the best possible one. Due to the interactivity of computer games, they are increasingly used for learning, of course, not every game can be suitable for teaching any kind of skills and knowledge; in order for the game to become educational, it is necessary to think about how the game process could contribute to the study. Learning the wave algorithm through a game application makes the learning process more interesting and allows you to consider a lot of different examples. In addition, the application builds traces without errors, which will allow the user to check himself when constructing a route manually. Testing game situations showed all the boundary conditions of the algorithm. Examples of different game situations show many options for constructing the shortest path. | |

| Аннотация: | Among the eight three-dimensional Thurston geometries, there is the Heisenberg group, the nilpotent Lie group of real 3x3 matrices of a special form. It is known that this group has a left-invariant Sasakian structure. This article proves that there is also a paracontact metric structure on the Heisenberg group, which is also Sasakian. This group has a unique contact metric connection with skew-symmetric torsion, which is invariant under the group of automorphisms of the paraSasakian structure. The discovered connection is proved to be a contact metric connection for any para-Sasakian structure. The concept of a connection compatible with the distribution is introduced. It is found that the Levi-Civita connection and the contact metric connection on the Heisenberg group endowed with a para-Sasakian structure are compatible with the contact distribution. Their orthogonal projections on this distribution determine the same truncated connection. It is proved that Levi-Civita contact geodesics and truncated geodesics coincide. It is found that contact geodesics are either straight lines lying in the contact planes or parabolas the orthogonal projections of which on the contact planes are straight lines. The results obtained in this article are also valid for the multidimensional Heisenberg group. | |
